Position Title : Help Desk Technician II / AV Assistant

Position Overview :
The Help Desk Technician II / AV Assistant provides engineering and O&M
support for VTC and multimedia systems to ensure resources and services
are operational and available with minimal interruption.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Monitor VTC network performance and conduct daily system / equipment
