Responsibilities
- Manage all clinical operations, ensuring adherence to JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements.

- Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team functioning.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated healthcare delivery and improve overall patient experience.
- Conduct regular audits of clinical practices to ensure compliance with established protocols and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Experience
- A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare management or a related field is required.
