ATR International is seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant in Milpitas, CA.
Job Details : Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate office supplies, catering, and facility needs. We have a weekly costco order that needs to be put away each week.
- Supporting the recruiting team with scheduling interviews.
- Supporting HR with employee events (ie monthly birthday; employee lunch events etc.)
- Provide calendar management and scheduling support for executives.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation.

Hourly Rate : $35.00 - $40.00
