ATR International is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst in Tempe, AZ.
Details : Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma) on our Equipment and Process Development business processes.
- Diagrams and evaluates existing processes, including inputs / outputs and stakeholders.
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to define and organize the business processes and metrics.
- Responsible for creating PowerBI dashboards for monitoring and improving KPIs.
- Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
- May deliver presentations and training courses including business process elements and best practices to align the teams and users of the processes. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress.
