We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an important client in Everett, WA.
Core Responsibilities :
- Tracks and analyzes key financial metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements
- Manage final Invoice
- Process final construction invoice
- Monitors invoicing SLAs
- Reviews invoicing to ensure documentation meets our requirements : either rejects for unacceptable use of rate codes and therefore doesn't meet threshold to invoice for services, or rejects for more information, or accepts invoicing and process payment request.
- Enabled consistent invoicing practice across the division
- Perform various ad hoc projects including researching, analyzing and summarizing data / analysis requests as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities.
Hourly Rate Range : $25.00 to $30.00
