We are seeking an Implementation Support Specialist for a very important client

provides real-time, lab-quality results within minutes to accelerate patient-care decision-making as well as optimize resource utilization for our customers and the patients that they serve The i-STAT System has the industry's most comprehensive menu of tests in a single, with-patient platform, including tests for respiratory, metabolic, coagulation, hematology, glucose, and cardiac function By delivering lab-quality results in minutes, on just a few drops of blood, our i-STAT System fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment while driving improved operational performance.
Primary Job Function
Provide best-in-class execution of implementation activities and tasks in support of company's portfolio of products.
Core Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and execute on Performance Verifications, End User Training, Go Live Support and Follow-Up Support phases within an implementation case.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
- Understands key customer needs and builds relationships with key stakeholders within accounts and able to articulate the benefits of point-of care testing.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of key product atributes and product
demonstrations.
Requirement : Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or a related field of study Associate's degree is acceptable with additional experience and demonstrated competence.
Minimum Experience / Training Required
Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.
