We are seeking an Internal Communications Contractor (Senior Manager Level) for a very important client.Under the direction of the Executive Director, TPX Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Contractor will collaborate with business partners to design and execute communications plans that support key business and HR objectives, including long-term goals and projects that support the employee experience This individual will be a key contributor in a fast-paced, complex environment and will serve on teams or projects, leveraging communications expertise to drive key initiatives. Core Responsibilities :
- Provides communications support to senior leaders within the Technology & Product organization, including communication around key initiatives, high level organization announcements, All Staff meetings, project and team recognition / milestone achievements, storytelling and news generation around key launches and milestones, and other communications needs.
- Supports the promotion and production of Technology & Product-wide employee broadcasts and events.
- Plays a key role in the team’s editorial planning and production process, inclusive of storyline aggregation and coordination, newsletter production and content production for the intranet.
- Measures and analyzes outcomes and metrics associated with communications initiatives and deliverables.
- Activities may include drafting, editing, proofreading, layout and distribution of content across print, online, video, digital and internal social media (e.g., Viva Engage).
- Activities may also include creating, presenting and stakeholdering communications plans, tactics, timelines; setting up and publishing content to the company intranet using content management tools and setting up / distributing messages using email / digital campaign manager tools; and managing the end-to-end review and approval cycle with multiple sources of feedback.
- Carries out administrative aspects of communications, including virtual / onsite event planning and support, distribution lists, meeting invitations, etc.
- Keeps communications fresh, creative, and engaging; regularly develops and explores new ideas and strategies, such as social forums and platforms.
- Ensures proper post-project analysis and “continuous improvement” approach, with a keen eye for metrics and communications effectiveness.
- Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
