The US Domestic Custody – Asset Services Operations Team is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of US Domestic Asset Service Operations, including : - Review of event notifications to clients regarding market information and key dates.- Client instructions processing based on record-keeping with Depository and Counterparties.- Event-wise reconciliation for COACS and Income events.
Requirement :
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications : Expectations from the Role : Functional : ·Financial Services background within Custody or Investment Bank environment with experience in Asset Services; Instructions Processing Reconciliations.·Good understanding of US Securities Market.·Ensure timely and accurate responses executed on enquiries received, in line with documented procedures and controls.·Faces facts, acts on issues quickly and learns from mistakes.Risk & Controls ·Adhere to all departmental best practices, procedures, policies, checkpoints and controls.·Appreciation for Risk & good track record of implementing measures for risk mitigation.Leadership / Teamwork·Interpersonal skills (Verbal & written).·Lead Inclusively and be a team player.·Exhibits boundary-less behavior, proactive and ability to work with Global teams in a matrix organization environment.·Challenges the status quo, seeks diverse thinking.·Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast paced environment.·Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills : Excel, Word and PowerPoint.·Strong time management skills required to meet the internal and external deadlines / cutoff.
