We are seeking high achievers who want to be part of a dynamic team working in a fun, diverse atmosphere.In This Role, You Will : ·Perform measurement activities at the incoming, sub-assembly, and final device levels, using optical inspection equipment, leak test and hand tooling (e.g calipers, micrometers)·Perform inspection and test activities using various types of fixturing and equipment·Perform in-process and final acceptance activities including sterile lot release·Review inspection reports and release raw materials into inventory·Initiate NCMRs for nonconforming materials·Identify, recommend, and execute continuous process improvements·Complete required documentation following good documentation practices·Maintain Quality records·Review and approve manufacturing process documentation·Shipping and receiving·Perform other Quality and Operations tasks as assignedWho You Will Report To : ·Senior Director of Quality
Requirement :
Requirements : ·Education : Competence in the areas above as demonstrated through education, prior experience, and training.·Minimum 5 years experience, Medical Device preferred.·Familiarity with basic measurement tools / equipment (caliper, micrometer, pin / ring gauge, etc.) and basic GD&T principles·Familiarity with complex measurement and test equipment, including optical measurement devices·Ability to perform work inside and outside of a clean environment room·Ability to effectively document and report out the results of your work·Must be able to lift 25 pounds, sit / stand for up to 8 hours / day ·Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations
