Quoting Specialist

Position Summary :

The Quotations Specialist reports directly to the Quotations Lead and is responsible for the preparation and analysis of requests for quotes to suppliers (RFQ) The Quotations Specialist may perform a variety of duties in accordance with their training experience and skills.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Examine, review and evaluates cost data for accuracy, price competitiveness, and supply.
• Familiar with a variety of supplier commodities, electronics, sheet metal, packaging, PCBs.
• Examines pricing and compiles finished quotes to include labor, material, test, overhead and logistics.
• Performs a variety of complex tasks working with Suppliers, SQE, Supply Chain, Program Managers, etc.
