What are the responsibilities and job description for the Returns Specialist position at ATR International?
As a key member of the Client's RMA team, you will repair all defective product returns from the field, enter the information into the company's Jira system and provide feedback to the Quality team.
Specific responsibilities of the position include :
Perform repair and re-test on all defective units returned to client.
Perform rework on the defective PCBA or System
Provide feedback to MFG engineer and CM on repair findings to improve MFG processes if needed.
Reduce RMA repair turnaround time
Qualified candidates will have significant experience in :
Strong understanding of wireless communications and networks.
Validating manufacturing test SW and HW
Experience in performing debugging from PCBA to System level
Qualified candidates will additionally possess :
5 years of RMA and sustaining engineering experience.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Python is a plus
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, rigorous start-up environment and be willing to travel internationally as required to support global contract manufacturing programs.
