We are looking for an Admin support to join our team.
In this position your key responsibilities will be :
- Managing office space and organization, support a positive atmosphere in the office.
- Manage IT supplies, office supplies and catering services.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Process daily incoming and outgoing (e)mail.
- Assist with printing & sending of customer and / or final demand letters.
- Data entry, supporting the AM team entering customer debt submissions into system.
- Support the local team by making processes more smoothly in various areas
- Licensing - work together with external supplier and colleagues to meet all deadlines for licensing and maintain a clear planning and archive.
