Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or systems engineering and experience in the development and launch of Class II/III medical devices. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our electrosurgical system, from concept to production transfer.
- Technical Lead: You will be the technical lead for various elements of our electrosurgical system, including the RF generator, one-time use devices, and system accessories.
- Project Management: You will review existing project schedules to identify strategies to de-risk timelines and compress timelines to meet company objectives.
- Documentation and Compliance: You will prepare technical documentation, including manufacturing instructions, test methods, protocols, and reports, to support design control activities and regulatory submissions.
