Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and administer employee bonus plans, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process.
- Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and development needs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee compensation planning and employee review process
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Proven experience in HR management with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
