What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Learning Instructional Designer position at ATRIA Consulting?
We are seeking a talented E-Learning Instructional Designer to create engaging training content and ensure its seamless integration into our learning platform. Responsibilities : Design and develop e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Photoshop. Test and troubleshoot modules on PeopleSoft ELM and web browsers (Chrome, Edge). Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content and ensure quality. Identify and fix issues during the testing phase for final approval. Qualifications : 2 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development. Proficiency in e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and graphic design software. Familiarity with learning management systems and module testing. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Please note that the salary range and / or hourly rate range of $60.00 - $70.00 per hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
