Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Operate a cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and equipment
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and handling regulations
- Use Aloha POS to process transactions and manage sales
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing time and prioritizing tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude, even in a high-pressure environment
- Assist with events and functions, such as weddings and private parties
- Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner
Experience
- Prior experience as a bartender, preferably in a nightclub or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
- Ability to use a cash register and manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Experience with Aloha POS and retail math
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.83 - $7.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
