Advanced Practice Provider- Oncology

Role: Provides primary care to patients as an assistant to physicians in a clinic setting.

• Conducts physical exams and collaborates with physicians on patient care.
• Interprets data for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Obtains medical histories, orders lab tests, and administers medications.
• Educates patients on health and illness prevention.
• Maintains patient records and triages calls.
• Participates in professional development.
  
  

Qualifications: 2-5 years of primary care experience preferred; requires a college degree and licensure as APRN, NP, or PA. Strong interpersonal skills needed.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to communicable diseases.
