Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse at Atrinity Home Health, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote positive patient outcomes. You will administer medications, supervise STNAs, assist patients with daily living activities, and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
