Caregiver Position Description

Main Responsibilities
- Medication administration: safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Care plan development: collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans

Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in Massachusetts
- 1 year of geriatric or rehabilitation nursing experience (preferred)
- CPR certification

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
