Due to our continued growth and expansion, Atrinity Home Health is seeking a Part Time Time LPN or RN for our Office Intake Department. Candidates should have prior Homecare experience office experience, or Physician Office experience and Preferably intake/insurance experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
Functions of Intake Nurse:
- Accept referrals by phone, fax, and electronically
- Data entry of all referrals into the agency's EMR
- Develop relationships with facility case managers
- Verify all insurance
- Work closely with the scheduling department
Qualifications and Skills
Current State of Connecticut LPN or RNLicense
At least one (3) years of clinical experience in home health care and/or Physician office experience
Intake and or Insurance experience
Current driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
