Qualifications

  • LPN License or Temporary PN License
  • Must pass background and drug screen

  • Medication administration
  • Documentation and assessment of residents
  • Observation and reporting of changes
  • Ordering medications
  • Supervision of CNA staff
  • Wound care and lab sample processing
