We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to our residents. As a nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, developing care plans, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
Main Duties
- Medication management: safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Care plan development: collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Communication: effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Training and education: assist with training new staff members on best practices and protocols
- Record keeping: accurately document resident information and care activities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Active RN licensure in Massachusetts
- 1 year of geriatric or rehabilitation nursing experience (preferred)
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
