RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain the Dietary Department
• Provide nutritional and attractive meals for our residents
• Maintain an organized sanitary environment
• Monitoring inventories and purchasing food and supplies as required
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in a food service related field
• Dietary Management Certification - Required
• ServSafe Certification - Required and Current
• Minimum 2yrs of experience with 1yr in a management role
• Experience with operating a budget is essential
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Experience in clinical setting/long-term care facility is a plus
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
