Responsibilities:
- 1st Shift Full Time: 6am-6pm, 6 Day Rotation
- 3rd Shift Part Time: 6pm-6am, 4 Day Rotation - NO WEEKEND ROTATION!!
- $3 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift
- 70 Bed Facility
- Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
- At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
- A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
- Current LPN License
- Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
- Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
- Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
