RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assist with filing information accurately.
- Receive mail, sort, distribute and prepare outgoing mail.
- Answer telephone, relay messages and page person being called.
- Maintains confidentiality of all facility business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Office experience (preferred)
- Experience with computers/office equipment, Microsoft, and other applications
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
