Unit Manager (RN or LPN)

We currently have needs for the following team members: Unit Manager (RN/LPN).

This role does include a $2,500 sign on bonus!

Job Duties of Unit Manager:

• Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Unit Manager will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
  
  
  

Qualifications of Unit Manger:

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
• Current RN License
• Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
• Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
