Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Department. As an RN in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 year of ER experience as an RN required.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support certification required per policy guidelines.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
