About the Role
This position involves working on an 8 Main medical-surgical nursing floor with telemetry monitoring. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, identifying outcomes, and developing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive work environment
Essential Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current valid GA nursing license or eNLC nursing license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
