What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Atrium Health Navicent?
A Physical Therapist is needed at Atrium Health Navicent. The ideal candidate will evaluate, establish and implement treatment programs for patients of all ages referred by a physician. They must supervise the staff physical therapist assistant in the delivery of patient care and have experience in the physical therapy profession as normally acquired through academic experience and/or previous work experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and ancillary staff in department activities.
- Demonstrate competence in the care of populations served, including neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited curriculum.
- Licensed Physical Therapist by the state of Georgia.
