Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including progress notes and medication administration records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless transitions of care
Requirements:
- 1.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work every other weekend and 75% of holidays during the contract period
- Flexibility to accommodate block schedule and float within scope to meet facility needs
