FLSA Status: Nonexempt Original Date: Last Revision: March 2018 JOB SUMMARY: Performs office support for the practice in the role indicated by the assigned leader. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school (at least grade 11) or college student. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Communicates effectively and courteously on the telephone and in person with patients and colleagues. 2. Actively participates as a team member by supporting decisions, accepting change, managing conflict, and valuing the contributions of others. 3. May fill-in for other support staff when necessary. 4. Provides support in the area indicated by the office manager.
