Responsibilities

- With your excellent relationship-building talents , youll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain client retention.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be cross-selling and rounding out accounts.
- With your keen attention to detail , youll be taking payments, updating client information, and issuing insurance documentation.
