General Summary :
We are excited to be rounding out our team and adding one more member to our amazing Talent Acquisition team! As the Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top healthcare talent to our award-winning centers located in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan and Wisconsin. This position is located in our Columbus, Ohio Corporate office and is required to be on -site 5 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist with the development and execution of recruiting plans for assigned regions
Source, identify, recruit, and retain qualified healthcare professionals for full- time employment
Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational staffing goals
Follow up with in-process candidates daily to maintain a pipeline of candidates
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and team members
Build partnerships with internal hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are being achieved
Thrive in a competitive, high touch, fast- paced environment
Required Skills :
Minimum 2-year of High-Volume Recruitment experience, preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, excel and word
Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and relationship building skills
Ability to stay organized, motivated, multitask, and work independently
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Results- oriented professional with self- confidence, perseverance, sense of urgency
Education :
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree; preferred
