We've experienced tremendous growth and are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager with a passion for people to join our team.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to expand our client base. The main focus will be expanding the single-family and boutique housing property management market in the Central Florida area.Join us at Atrium, located in the heart of Orlando's vibrant Milk District, as we celebrate 10 years of rewarding hard work!Responsibilities Include : Meet and prospect owners of rental properties to highlight the benefits of partnering with Atrium Management CompanyPrepare proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients.Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company.Create client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members.Keep track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes.Review proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies.Maintain good relationships with the internal and external operation teams. Helping them be successful with each detail of your projects when needed.Identify potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations.Help manage accounts receivable, including sending billing notices, collecting payments from clients.Research market trends to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to specific clients.Maintain a professional personal presence on social media platforms.Responsible for maintaining and presenting leads and opportunities to the company partners on a regular basis.Qualify leads by working closely with key stakeholders and presenting our company via phone calls, in-person meetings, and emailsDevelop relationships with local realtors, brokers, property owners, developers, etc., to target specific verticalsFollowing up on new business opportunities, setting up meetings, planning, preparing, and giving presentationsOrganizing and attending real estate networking events to develop relationships with realtors Qualifications (Required) : Florida Real Estate License (required)Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience or combination of educationReliable transportation and valid Florida Driver LicenseA successful candidate should also have : This ideal candidate must be ambitious, competitive, and determined, as well as persuasive and enthusiasticProven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the property management industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make impactful first impressions and effectively engage with prospectsHighly organized with excellent time management skillsDedication to understanding and meeting the unique needs of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionSalary : $40,000 (base) uncapped commissionThe annual on-target earnings for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 plusBenefits : Health, Dental and Vision InsurancePTO and Paid HolidaysLife Insurance and Short-Term Disability Provided401K (company match up to 5%)FSA and DSA Flexible ScheduleFun company and community events throughout the year!Atrium Management Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer Atrium Management Company provides equal employment and advancement opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, pregnancy / childbirth, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or perceived disability, genetic information, citizenship, veteran or military status, marital or domestic partner status, or any other category protected by federal, state and / or local laws.
