The main focus will be expanding the single-family and boutique housing property management market in the Central Florida area.Join us at Atrium, located in the heart of Orlando's vibrant Milk District, as we celebrate 10 years of rewarding hard work!Responsibilities Include : Meet and prospect owners of rental properties to highlight the benefits of partnering with Atrium Management CompanyPrepare proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients.Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company.Create client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members.Keep track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes.Review proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies.Maintain good relationships with the internal and external operation teams.
