Atrium Medspa & Wellness is a premier luxury medspa coming to Upper Saddle River, NJ in May, 2025. Founded and supervised by a board-certified surgeon, Atrium will provide high-quality cosmetic medical services, IV hydration and wellness offerings to our clientele.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in laser skin treatments and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, creating personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and expectations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure adherence to all relevant medical regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the medical director and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of spa protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to:
- Laser hair removal
- Laser treatment of common skin concerns, such as benign pigmented and vascular lesions
- Neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
- Dermal filler treatments
- Microneedling (both mechanical and radiofrequency)
- IV Hydration Therapy
- Other advanced aesthetic treatments as qualified
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including:
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Conducting thorough health histories
- Evaluating patients’ overall wellness and aesthetic concerns
- Administer IV hydration therapy treatments, including:
- Preparing and managing IV infusions
- Monitoring patients during treatment
- Educating patients on the benefits and aftercare of IV therapy
- Providing patient education on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes of various aesthetic procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Current license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 3 years experience with laser treatments
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Proven track record of performing laser procedures safely
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
