Client Overview :
Our client, a leader in the fragrance industry, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team on a temp to hire basis.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
25 / hr
Position Overview :
The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for clients, processing orders, answering questions, and ensuring deliveries arrive timely. The hours are Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm and candidates must be able to work fully onsite.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager :
- The Account Manager will enter orders manually, update the CRM, and ensure orders are processed for key accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions, following up on orders, and providing white glove customer service via phone and email.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to confirm product availability, delivery timeline, and customer satisfaction.
