Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage and organize schedules and appointments
- Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Assist with various office tasks as needed
- 3-5 years of administrative experience (must be clearly showcased on resume)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or higher in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
