Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services with a focus on integrity, professionalism, and client satisfaction. The team is experienced with attorneys that specialize in a wide range of practice areas. They are looking to add a Business Development Manager to their team.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

120k plus Bonus

Position Overview :

The Business Development Manager role involves managing lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn Sales Navigator by identifying, researching, and connecting with potential clients that match our target customer profile and engagement metrics. This includes executing strategic LinkedIn engagement campaigns with personalized connection requests and thoughtful comment interactions to build meaningful relationships with potential leads and industry partners. The position requires maintaining detailed records of all leads in HubSpot CRM, tracking their progress through various pipeline stages, and ensuring proper lead qualification based on established criteria. Additionally, the role entails developing and optimizing lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot, monitoring key metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager :

  • Lead business growth initiatives and develop strategic plans to increase revenue and market presence as the Business Development Manager.
  • Utilize ZoomInfo's market intelligence tools to research potential leads, gather relevant company information, and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Create comprehensive lead profiles by combining insights from LinkedIn, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo enables the partners to have more informed and effective conversations.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure the smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide regular updates on lead generation campaign performance and pipeline health.
  • The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • The Business Development Manager will maintain and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • The Business Development will negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • The Business Development Manager will analyze sales data and market conditions to refine strategies.
  • Monitor competition and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Experience / Skills for the Business Development Manager :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar lead generation or social selling role, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation, with a demonstrated understanding of LinkedIn best practices and engagement strategies.
  • Prior experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred but experience with other CRM platforms is acceptable.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar market intelligence platforms is preferred but not required.
  • The willingness to learn and quickly become proficient is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on campaign performance metrics.
  • Preferred Experience / Skills for the Business Development Manager :

  • Experience in a small firm.
