Client Overview :

Our client, a leader in the healthcare space,  was founded with the goal of demystifying the Medicare enrollment process.  Understanding that Medicare can be overwhelming, especially for first-time enrollees, we offer expert guidance, educational resources, and hands-on support to individuals who need assistance in understanding their options and completing their enrollment. Our client is looking for experienced and Call Center Agents to join their team.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

20 / hr - $23 / hr DOE

Position Overview :

Our client is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for each customer you interact with.

Responsibilities of the Call Center Agent :

  • Responds to inbound / outbound call inquiries.
  • Initiates outbound calls to respond to inquiries and to follow-up with previous contacts.
  • Responds to all inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, public-service oriented and understands the needs and works effectively with persons with disabilities.
  • Performs support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints and mailed inquiries.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience / Skills of the Call Center Agent :

  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively to convey information to customers.
  • The ability to listen attentively to customers, understanding their needs, and responding appropriately.
  • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and professional emails or messages (if applicable).
  • Preferred Experience / Skills of the Call Center Agent :
  • Previous work in a customer service or call center environment is highly valued, especially if it involved managing high call volumes or dealing with customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with Call Center Metrics : Understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
  • Education Requirements :

  • High school diploma required.
