Our client, a luxury retailer, is looking for a B2B Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team!
Salary / Hourly Rate :
55k - $70k
Position Overview :
The Customer Service Specialist communicates with customers primarily via phone and also through email regarding orders, shipments, repairs, and status updates.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist :
- Deal directly with customers by telephone and email to perform customer service-related tasks including inquiries via telephone hunt group and customer service mailbox.
- Validate and enter customer orders in the ERP system.
- Prepare required support documents such as Commercial Invoices, shipping labels, and other related documents.
- Accurately maintain and file all documents following company policies.
- Ensure PO fulfillment from PO receipt through delivery to the customer. This includes order entry, credit release, and successful order transmission to the warehouse.
- Promptly correspond with customers regarding product availability, backorder ETAs, etc.
