Client Overview :
Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking a French-Speaking Account Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
22 / hr - $25 / hr DOE
Position Overview :
The French-Speaking Account Coordinator will manage customer accounts, process orders, and manage logistics and product claims. The hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 : 30 pm, and candidates must be fluent in English and French.
Responsibilities of the French-Speaking Account Coordinator :
- The French Speaking Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer orders, answering product-related questions, and updating systems.
- Support the sales and logistics teams with order processing.
- Utilize SAP to handle customer accounts.
