Position Overview :

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for employees and guests alike. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Receptionist must be warm, professional, and proactive in handling a variety of administrative tasks. This is the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist :

  • Serve as the welcoming presence for all visitors and employees.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a polished first impression.
  • Assist with company events, team activities, and office celebrations.
  • Support various departments with administrative needs as the Front Desk Receptionist.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts.

Required Experience / Skills for the Front Desk Receptionist :

  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in an administrative / customer service role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable personality with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for providing top-notch service.
  • Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
