Client Overview :

Our client is a leading organization in manufacturing dedicated to providing exceptional services and solutions to their valued clients. Their team is committed to excellence, and we are looking for a dynamic and friendly Front Office Support staff member to join the front office team.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

18 / hr

Position Overview :

The Front Office Support staff member will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for anyone who interacts with the organization. The ideal candidate for Front Office Support will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities of the Front Office Support :

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. Take and relay messages accurately.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and notify staff of visitor arrivals.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Manage calendars as required.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
  • Address inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).

Required Experience / Skills for the Front Office Support :

  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Preferred Experience / Skills for the Front Office Support :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Education Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
