Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and articulate High-Level Office Manager with a background in Medical to oversee and manage our multiple office locations NJ. The ideal High-Level Office Manager will have a proven track record in managing high-revenue practices and the ability to work both independently and within a peer partner model. The High-Level Office Manager role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
Responsibilities of the High-Level Office Manager :
- Multi-Site Management : Oversee the daily operations of 3-4 office locations with flexibility and adaptability.
- Professional Expertise : Utilize your ophthalmology background to manage and support our practice effectively.
- Revenue Management : Demonstrate experience in managing practices with revenue above $5M.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with a team of at least 10 doctors and manage staff across multiple locations.
- Physician Onboarding : Successfully onboard new physicians to integrate them smoothly into the practice.
- Staff Management : Exhibit a proven track record of successful staff management, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Career Progression : Show a progressive career pattern with growth in roles and responsibilities.
- Accountability : Develop and implement action plans to achieve goals set forth by the supervisor.
- Operational Expertise : Have knowledge of practice openings, grand openings, closures, and relocations.
