Our client is a vertically integrated network of medical offices located in the mid-Atlantic region. They are currently seeking a High-Level Office Manager to join their dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

Competitive, starting at $100K or more based on experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and articulate High-Level Office Manager with a background in Medical to oversee and manage our multiple office locations NJ. The ideal High-Level Office Manager will have a proven track record in managing high-revenue practices and the ability to work both independently and within a peer partner model. The High-Level Office Manager role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities of the High-Level Office Manager :

  • Multi-Site Management :  Oversee the daily operations of 3-4 office locations with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Professional Expertise :  Utilize your ophthalmology background to manage and support our practice effectively.
  • Revenue Management :  Demonstrate experience in managing practices with revenue above $5M.
  • Team Collaboration :  Work closely with a team of at least 10 doctors and manage staff across multiple locations.
  • Physician Onboarding :  Successfully onboard new physicians to integrate them smoothly into the practice.
  • Staff Management :  Exhibit a proven track record of successful staff management, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Career Progression :  Show a progressive career pattern with growth in roles and responsibilities.
  • Accountability :  Develop and implement action plans to achieve goals set forth by the supervisor.
  • Operational Expertise :  Have knowledge of practice openings, grand openings, closures, and relocations.

Qualifications for the High-Level Office Manager :

  • Strong background in ophthalmology.
  • Experience managing multiple office locations and high-revenue practices.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with a team of doctors and manage staff effectively.
  • Proven track record of successful staff management and caree progression.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement action plans to achieve set goals.
  • 3 years’ experience in a management role; healthcare office management experience.
  • Experience supporting compliance with organizational policies, procedures and systems.
  • Advance knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies.
  • Solid computer skills – MS applications required – MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate clear expectations.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities.
  • Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures.
  • Skill in operating a variety of office equipment and computer programs.
  • Demonstrate ability to mentor and support the professional development of staff members.
  • Demonstrate commitment to fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusion and diversity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Education Requirements :

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). BA / BS degree preferred.
