Are you a dynamic, goal-driven sales professional with a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors? Artegan Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role
As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and growing our community’s occupancy by implementing and managing an effective leasing program. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, assist with marketing plans, and build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing plan alongside the Director of Marketing and Executive Director, with clear goals and objectives.
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through relationship-building and consistent follow-up.
Conduct engaging tours of the community, providing a warm and informative experience for individuals, families, and professionals.
Achieve and exceed leasing goals, including:
- 50% conversion rate from leads to tours.
- 35% conversion rate from tours to move-ins.
Assist new residents and their families through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming move-in experience.
Maintain accurate marketing and sales records in the contact management database.
Collaborate on community events and promotional activities to enhance visibility and engagement.
Step in for the Marketing Director as needed, ensuring seamless continuity.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, ideally with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Relationship Builder: Ability to quickly connect with potential residents and families, while being an attentive listener.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe with strong database management skills.
Creative Thinker: Conceptual and imaginative with the ability to contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
Professional Presence: Polished appearance and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Organized & Self-Motivated: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or elder care settings is a plus.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing assisted living and memory care communities.
