Position Summary :

The Inside Sales Representative is part of the ATRO sales team and reports to the Vice President of Territory Sales and Marketing. This role is a front-line sales function designed to augment and support the field sales team’s efforts. This role will reside in the Dallas, Texas area.

Primary Duties :

  • Make outbound sales calls on dealers and distributors of ATRO products to support ATRO growth targets.
  • Assist the field sales team by conducting follow-up communications that support the efforts of the field sales team.
  • Highlight promotions, ATRO-University or other key initiatives with each customer interaction as needed.
  • Track all calls and communicate proactively any significant feedback or actions to the field sales team.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • 1 years in a related sales or customer service role with demonstrated success.
  • Business degree required.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
