As Frontier continues to grow, they have entrusted us with expanding further into the North Los Angeles market, and we are looking to hire an Entry Level Sales Associate immediately.
The Entry Level Sales Associate is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for an exciting and challenging role to catapult their career to the next level. As the Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in person and enrolling them into Frontier telecommunications services.
Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Assist with acquiring and enrolling new customers for Frontier’s telecommunications services.
- Engage with customers in order to understand their needs and preferences, and find ways to align our clients products and services with their requirements.
- Providing excellent customer support is crucial in account management.
- Address customer questions and complaints, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Identify any opportunities to upsell current or prospective customers during the enrollment process.
Skills & Preferred Experience:
- Experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles which required interpersonal and communication skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong indicator of success in outside sales.
- A high level of confidence in your ability to communicate with customers directly and effectively.
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Entry Level Sales Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to commute to our office in Mission Hills (North LA).
- Must be able to effectively communicate with fellow Entry Level Sales Associates and customers
- Must be able to start immediately.
Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Pay: Commission Only - Associates are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. Each Associate is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Average of 30-40 hours/week)
- Job Location: This role operates from both our main office and designated field locations. As a Sales Associate, you will engage directly with customers in person.
- Clients & Products: We work with Frontier promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services.
