Customer Outreach Representative

As a Customer Outreach Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer outreach and engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll reach out to both current and potential customers, understanding their needs, answering questions, and highlighting the value our clients' products and services bring to their lives. This position is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Outreach Representative:

• Listen actively to customers, identify their needs, and make personalized recommendations with the goal of enrolling them in new services
• Gather feedback on customer satisfaction, recording valuable insights to improve service offerings
• Build rapport by providing consistent, personalized service and recognizing opportunities to upsell
• Update and maintain accurate customer records of sales and interactions
• Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies aimed at improving customer retention and satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, sales, competitors, and customer preferences to better address inquiries and offer good insights
  
  

Qualifications for a Customer Outreach Representative:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A professional and confident demeanor with the ability to to represent both our clients and company within the community
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
