We are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Update and maintain engineering documentation such as specifications, high-level diagrams, bills of materials, schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams based on best practices.
- Schematic and PCB layout design of hardware systems and components, including embedded circuits, power circuits, and analog circuits.
- Debug and validate designs at PCBA, product, and system levels.
- Participate in design and documentation reviews.
- Ensure designs are compliant with industry, safety, and performance standards including regulatory standards such as UL, FCC, or CE.
- Perform initial testing and debugging to ensure hardware reliability and performance.
- Develop test plans, execute validation and testing procedures, perform data analysis and write technical reports to confirm device requirements have been met.
- Apply circuit design expertise to support the full PCB development and validation process.
- Carry out methodical technical troubleshooting and diagnosis of failed equipment in support of root cause analysis.
- Work closely with production and supplier teams on component lifecycles, DFM / DFA, first article approvals, and sustaining production.
- Actively participate in regular project status meetings with relevant external and internal stakeholders.
- Embrace engineering best practices, yet remains innovative, in order to deliver high-quality designs with maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate well with local and international teams.
