ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :
As a member of the software engineering team, the Software Engineer is needed to develop dedicated user interfaces and control systems for new products under development. Candidates should have a strong background in Windows desktop development (Winforms) using the .NET framework and familiarity with SQL database.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with scientists and product development team to develop protocol specific UI’s for newly developed products.
- Leverage BioDot’s existing / legacy control infrastructure (software UI’s, firmware, etc.) to quickly build UI’s for specific products and protocols.
- Work with the product development team (application scientists, sales, project managers, engineers) to clarify customer requirements and then implement them.
- Provide global support and debugging remotely on customer’s terminals.
- Document and track software deployment.
- Maintain and improve BioDot’s software development process.
